Best prices, had just what I needed, prompt, courteous service... Couldn't ask for better

Discovered Fetpak while looking for a way to organize and display my handmade lampwork beads - prior to my first bead show. Fetpak had a great selection and great prices - esp when buying in quantity. I've purchased lots of trays and inserts multiple times - shipping was incredibly fast. In a couple orders the rather large boxes were dented and a group of inserts was bent. I notified Fetpak and they replaced fast. The Fetpak utility trays I've been buying look nice and stack very nicely - and I've been using them for more and more purposes (in studio drawers, managing ETSY inventory and even as risers for my little tabletop photo studio). I've purchased some misc displays from Fetpak also - again, they look nice and are shipped quickly. All in all my experience with Fetpak is excellent. I've compared prices on some of the other shipping materials (boxes, bubble envelops, bubble wrap, organza bags) with SAMs and other options and because I just don't need enough quantity the prices are have prohibited me from ordering from Fetpak. My first order from them was not very good. I tried different bags as I had purchased 4 different sizes and all of them had the same problem. They would not open easily. I broke through the lip of so many bags simply by trying to open them that I ended up getting so frustrated I emailed the company to complain. I told them they had a bad batch. The CSR was very professional and handled my account with concern. My order was refunded. I tried them again and this time the order is perfect. No complaints and I am pleased.
