THEY ARE A BLESSING!!!! 5 stars is NOT enough. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. I am beyond grateful and happy to have them assist me. Nurse Shannon was assigned to me and from the moment we met, I felt at ease with my process. She made sure I was completely comfortable every single step of the way. Answered all of my questions. She calmed my nerves. I can’t recommend this team enough!! I felt scared and lost with all the injections needed. Shannon walked me through each process. She’s an angel and love her energy. Anne & Eugene are super understanding with the multiple time changes needed on my end. They are very responsive with emails, text messages & calls. Thank you so much for all that you guys do!!! 1000000% recommend the team!! Everyone on the team are the heroes we need. ♥️🙏

I was in a situation that my husband had to travel when I was starting the medication and I was totally worried about the injectables. When asked in my doctors office for assistance, that is when they recommended Fertility Home care. They were very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Truly professional and ontime. Gene and Annie provide excellent services. The process from intake to the delivery of service is seamless. Gene responded to my request for services on the same day, and was able to coordinate nursing services promptly. Ms. Patel did a great job in teaching me efficient ways to administer my medication, and was patient in supervising while I administered them. On the day of my trigger shot, I had some questions on the best way to administer it, and Gene responded to my text late in the evening , and even had the courtesy to do a face-time with my husband and I to make us feel confident and supported. I really appreciate the dedication of Gene and Annie, and their passion for helping others. I highly recommend their services!

Annie was lovely to coordinate with. She was prompt & helpful. The nurses who came to our apartment couldn't have been nicer, and did a fantastic job. Coordinating was simple, and they were on time. I also picked up some new techniques for future injections that were really helpful. This is such a wonderful service that takes significant stress/anxiety out of an already very stressful situation. I would highly recommend to anyone, and I'm sure I'll use again myself!

I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars and I’m so glad I found them! They are extremely responsive, timely, reliable, and friendly. They clearly understand what an overwhelming and stressful process this can be, and working with them made it all so much better. I highly recommend them!

Gene and Annie are the best. I was nervous about the next phase of injections and I sent them an email around 8pm two days before the injection, and five minutes later Annie called me and helped me with everything. The next day Gene reached out, all was coordinated and in place for us. The nurse was a blessing, kind and helpful for me and my husband on this part of the process. Their service is amazing and I am grateful that they were part of our journey.
