The product is quality and beautiful. The purse was well protected and packed securely. I was disappointed in the second item I received. The item was advertised as buy one get one and displayed 2 pictures. One was the ordered purse and the other was the same style with a question mark. The one I received was a mini round not very attractive purse. Very deceiving.

Seems to be great quality, the colors are excellent!

They got better now at responding to me that was super important after the last incident and they sent a new one right away after. I love the look and style of the medium size bag. The only issue I had with the bag was I wished they’d put cushion inside the tote bag instead of sending it flat and that causes creases on the bag

I love the bag the only thing that my concern is the uneasy use of zippers. Hard to zip and unzip. I have to repeat a few times

Ease of ordering & quality of product outstanding. However, 2 or 3 emails a day is a bit much. Giving a status update is enough for me. Truly a beautiful purse honoring our Blessed Mother

Ordered a genuine leather and it wasn’t worth the so-called upgrade in my opinion. The company did work with me however to make it right so I updated my review.

The bag was ok except for the stitching coming out in two places. I have pictures of it that I’ll email to you so you can see it. You might want to address it with the factory that makes the bags. A brand-new bag should not have the stitching coming apart on the shoulder strap already. Other than that issue, it’s a nice bag.

It’s a beautiful bag, but the zippers don’t open easily on both bags. Other than that, It’s beautiful.
