Total BS . Not recommended

Font de teint très agréable à mettre en apparence et très jolie teinte cependant grosse crise d’acné avec réaction inflammatoire suite à l’utilisation de ce font de teint et il est très difficile de récupérer ma peau avant l’utilisation de ce fond de teint. Très très déçue je ne le recommande pas à toutes les personnes qui ont des peaux mixtes voir grasses…

Now it's almost a month my parcel hasn't delivered yet I contact customer service a lot of time but there is no proper response from them .

Worst experience. I bought a highlighter as a gift, and it arrived broken due to the delivery service. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they offered me a 25 euro discount to buy the highlighter again. The price is 39 euros plus 7 euros for delivery. When I asked how to return it for a full refund, I was told that if I have an account I can make a refund for free, but it doesn’t work in Europe. Here you have to pay 9 euros to send it back. So, I ended up paying 16 euros to see a broken highlighter. Great business, Fenty.

Fenty claims that they have all the duties and taxes paid at the checkout but they are unable to provide the information to my country’s customs office so beware if you are an international customer, you might have to pay for the taxes twice. In addition to paying taxes for the taxes which already are paid in the checkout.. I’ve contacted them about this matter multiple times but they are not giving any information whatsoever. I would only need an IOSS identification number to sort out the taxes but the customer service claims they don’t have that information.. DO NOT BUY IF YOU’RE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER! (My email in the order if Fenty decides to answer is nanmaj)

Poor customer service. The reps who answer the emails are unprofessional.

Une catastrophe Je n’ai jamais reçue ma commande et je suis en échange de mails avec eux DEPUIS DEUX MOIS et malgré leurs erreurs (ils m’ont envoyé un mauvais numéro de suivi via un mauvais transporteur) et le fait que j’ai envoyé les documents demandés, ils ne me proposent aucune solution. UNE HONTE. Je ne vais pas en rester là, je refuse de perdre mon argent.
