FentyBeautyReviews of fentybeauty.com

I ordered from this company and didn't recieve the order. I have tried to contact them and been ignored. I'm out of pocket and they have my money! This company is awful and disgusting. Don't order from them as they won't help with issues IF you even get an order!

Give us a time frame before the products ship to change our order and or cancel the order is it that hard yall give us the runaround

I have been an avid Fenty fan and avid Fenty Customer Service fan for a long time but my last experience has blown me away not for nice reasons. I bought a lipstick that tasted like chemicals. It was so foul I had to wipe it off. I tried to give it to 2 people they both refused the item and then I tried My mother who told me “Beverley this can’t be right, this taste highly toxic and is full of chemicals. Do not use it” so I wrote to Fenty twice on two different email addresses, also I Dm them on their media. I also sent them a message on their website and I’ve been totally and utterly ignored. I will never shop with him again. I am so upset that what I thought was world class service was just my imagination.

Incorrect items sent. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. No response to emails or web chat. Still no resolution. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolute joke

Tried contacting them couple of times to say I’m having difficulty purchasing gift card from their website as the link won’t work on their page. I have still not had any response so I took my custom to Mac makeup which I’ve had no issues with this far.

Unfortunately I got stuck in a deadly combo: fenty beauty horrific costumer service and GLS Italy usual bullshit. I placed my order two weeks ago, the address was reported by GLS to be incorrect. I tried to reach out to fenty "costumer service" to draw attention to this, to no avail: after I had to fix this situation without any assistance whatsoever from fenty, I got an email stating my order has been delivered. But the thing is... no parcel has been delivered. Once again, fenty "costumer service" proved to be a waste of time, since all I got was automated and unhelpful answers. I am surprised and disappointed such a reputable brand is so unresponsive to its costumers and so lacking when it comes to international shipping. I guess I won't be seeing my parcel anytime soon, hopefully they will be more efficient when it comes to the refund.

Ordered the gloss bomb vault from the AUS Fenty website for $106 aud. They cancelled my order without explanation. Go back to the website to confirm they were not sold out, but had actually increased the price of the item to $249 aud. I then received an email advising they had cancelled the order due to price discrepency on their website. How is this legal? Is there not a consumer law stating businesses are obligated to honor the prices at which goods were advertised at the time of purchase. What a joke Fenty!!

Order cancelled and refunded without explanation despite the product still being in stock on their website. 0/5 stars.
