I can't believe Fenty Beauty has this many bad reviews on here. My experience is very different. I've ordered multiple times and always got the products I ordered. One time the delivery went wrong, but costumer service was very helpfull and I finally did receive my package. I love the products! They're al hits! Quality is great. Good price point. I just fell in love with this brand.

J’avais peur en lisant les expériences ici après avoir commandé pour la première fois chez eux sans lire les avis Trustpilot. J’ai été livrée endéans les 10 jours ouvrables après ma commande. Leur SAV a toujours été très réactif à toutes mes questions. J’avais eu un souci pour les cadeaux gratuits qui ne voulaient pas se mettre sans charges et ils ont tout de suite régler le souci. Le seul hic est qu’il y a une grosse différence entre les prix sur le site et sur Sephora. Sephora est plus avantageux mais mes articles étaient en rupture de stock… J’adore que Fenty propose de choisir nos échantillons et donne des cadeaux grandes tailles pour les achats d’un certain montant.

En lisant les avis ci-dessous j'ai eu peur de m'être fait avoir. En fait la livraison est longue ( + de 15 jours ) mais le service client contacté par mail m'a donné les informations et j'ai bien reçu les fabuleux produits

Amazing!! I love Eaze drop skin tint, lip gloss, bronzer, contour stick. All my Fenty products perform fantastically. Definitely, no 1 for brown girls.

I did read these reviews after my first purchase and was a little scared. When my first package did arrive, it was 2 weeks after I placed the order. The Fenty Beauty website didn't really update from the Processing status until the item was actually delivered. However, I ordered again first after I received my first delivery and it worked perfectly. The website updated, I received update emails and my package arrived in exactly 7 days. This was an international order.

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to because I am blown away by theFat Water toner. I have been struggling with my skin for the last 6 months - I use expensive products but my skin wasn't absorbing any moisture. I ended up with chronic tiny bumps, dry patches and break outs which had really knocked my confidence. Having done some research I realised I needed to add a toner to my skincare routine for my skin to absorbe moisture from my moisturiser. I went to Boots to pick up one and this was in front of me so I grabbed one. I am over the moon. The difference in my skin is night an day. I am two weeks in and my skin is glowing, way less break outs and very plump! I also wanted to respond to the 1 star review below mine refferenceing some dangerous ingredients. I have taken a look at the ingredients in my Fat Water and there aren't any of the bad ingredients that are listed in the review. Thank god! Thank you Fenty for this game changing toner from a very happy 37year old!
