I took my daughter to Harvey Nichols 22/09/19 in the afternoon For a make over and purchase Fenty prowducts. Unfortunately we did not and tried about two products. There were three associates. One didn't seem to know how to select the right product for her skin. One was rude and aloof and spoke over me when i asked questions, she also did not not draw out attention to any of the products One did try and listen to what was being asked but didn't follow up on the sale. It was a disappointing visit and we promptly when and spent our money with Mac. I wish we had a better introduction to Fenty products as I hear many good reviews about the actual products. The associates need more training. A disaster of s birthday gift.
