Never again will i order from FENTY BEAUTY...I ordered my mother in law some make up for mothers day but everyday they are telling me a different excuse my order have been saying still processing for 4 days now and there telling me i cant get a refund once the order is processed smh

The websites promotes free 3 day shipping and it’s day 3 and my order is still being processed. I understand there’s an epidemic but ulta beauty shipping works fine and other beauty companies. Hell even amazon. Don’t promote free 3 day shipping if it’s not true. Never again

I have been excited to try fenty foundation for a while. I finally got it yesterday and couldn’t wait to put it on! I was completely disappointed:( it really sticks to my pours, it rubs off easily and the coverage is rubbish. That’s £27 I’ll never see again. I think I’ll be sticking to my regular foundation which is half the price and much better quality.

I have brought only the mascara and stunna lip paint. I have to say this make up is the most messy most challenging to use.... i think it is for expert MUA instead of regular users. The lip paint colours are not what is shown on IG or anywhere and is so messy and difficult to use and texture left on lips is disgusting. The mascara is the worst ibhave used, when i first applied a coat i thought wow it lifts and separates but very soon after lashes fall and start to look clumped together. Its smudges alot but difficult to remove. I really do not understand the hype of fenty beauty maybe because I like quick make up... mac concealer is the best, nyx lip liners are the best and maybelline great lash blackest black is the best mascara. Dont waste your money on fenty like i have. Literally money in the bin!

I ordered three products from them a few weeks ago and patiently waited. Checked status of my order and it was showing not shipped. Then today it shows the order was cancelled. No contact was made to me to let me know they were cancelling.

I placed an order of 3 travel mirrors towards the end of Nov 2019. I spent over $50 dollars so was promised 5 free gifts, During the first week I received a few emails stating that a few of the free gifts were out of stock! I received my order today and there was 1 travel mirror and 2 free gifts. Please don’t be duped like myself. Fenty are liars! Customer Service informed that they wouldn’t reship my 2 mirrors but they would refund me. Fenty made the mistake so should have paid to ship my missing order. BE CAREFUL with this company they are not what they seem! Unbelievable and despicable customer service. If you are so desperate to get Fenty products don’t use this website!!!!!

Not even one star deserves!! I ordered on singles day deal, when you’re getting a kit of goodies with any order, the kit contains mini foundation, concealer, primer and setting powder. The web didn’t even let me an option to choose a foundation shade but I had to do the purchase before the singles day deal is over, than I contacted Fenty beauty via email , and they said they can only give me a 20% discount for my next order. That doesn’t help! I want the mini kit I need to get fully! I didn’t purchase for nothing. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an order on Wednesday the 23rd of October on the website and today the 25th i havent received a shipping confirmation. I called to check on my order amd they said they didnt have a shipping address even though on my order confirmation i clearly added an address it was a birthday gift now they are saying the warehouse may have to cancel it due to no address. There customer service is trash, they are definitely not friendly and they tell you whatever to get you off the phone. None of the reps have personality and they do not do further research, I spent over 100.00 dollars on this order for them to tell me that it may possibly be cancelled. This is totally absurd, I will be switching to a different brand becuase customer service is everything it may not be their purchase but at least pretend to care
