I love FentyBeauty and all of their products, but I made a mistake by ordering from the FentyBeauty website. I want to re-buy my foundation and expected everything to go fine, but I keep getting emails from the company saying that the item is still in my cart and that I have not purchased anything from them. I didn't get a conformation email about my purchase but my card shows that FentyBeauty took $35.03 from me. I called their customer service yesterday and I was left on hold for 5+ minutes without hearing from anybody. I am currently on hold with them and am on minute 15!!! I have little hope to actually hear from someone about my problem. FentyBeauty has great products, but buy them from Sephora or Ulta because their website sucks! Doubt I will get my money back.

Sent out 3 emails (each a week apart) about the same issue, it’s been over a month now and I have yet to receive a response.

Awful customer service. The site says there may be some delay on your order and if you need to call, but no one ever answers their phone. I’m unable to track my order because it’s saying the info I’m typing in is wrong(which it isn’t), and also they said they would email me when the products were being sent out which I’ve never gotten another email. Will never order again.

Fenty Beauty took over $300 of my money two weeks ago and I paid over $30 for expedited shipping and my order is still processing and I've been on hold with their customer service line for over 1 hour and 23 minutes and no one has come on what so ever to help me. Is Fenty Beauty being mismanaged? They must be in financial trouble, to be honest, I've never seen a company so desperate to hold onto so many consumers cash and lie about product availability to do so. This is their hustle, that's why they have a policy that once an order is placed it cannot be canceled at all...you have to let it get delivered (2 or 3 weeks/months later...whenever the heck Fenty decides to send it because they're broke). So they hold on to one batch of orders and use that money to pay their vendors, wait a month for delivery then ship. Fenty is broke y'all.

I ordered almost 180 dollars and got wrong items. Since it is an oversea shipping I wrote them several times asking for a solution. Didn't got any kind of answer. So I'm really mad and disappointed since I was expecting much more than this.

fenty beauty wth? i ordered almost 200 dollars worth products i have been charged, i have paypal recipet, but i don't see my order anywhere, i called several times and the costumer service girl just says she can't find it and thats it, now they won't even answer!! they don't check my emails, i can not cancel the payment from paypal as it has been accepted , soooo what the hell should i dooooo????? somebody should f-ing answer, it has been 5 days!!!!!

I order an item May 13, 2020 and it gave the option of free two shipping which i was like cool !! It didn’t come in checked and it said getting delivered the 22 now it’s saying the 27th . Which i wouldn’t mind if it didn’t have the option of two day shipping . Also I’ve heard other people ordered the day i did and the next day she had the 30% for email subscribers i missed it by a few hours i emailed them to see if they’d honor it since people on the Fenty beauty insta said they honored and nothing . I love her makeup !! But it’s just mad customer service . On the website it says responds in a few hours next to check it’s been 5 days .

I ordered a diamond bomb highlighter which came literally detached from the package. The disc of highlighter was sliding around in its plastic container and slid out onto my hand like a pancake when i opened it. My killawatt highlighter was broken as well and my glass slipper gloss bomb CLEAR lip gloss (emphasis on the clear) had a brown piece of something in it. That was extremely unsettling especially with the pandemic. Very unhappy with my purchases
