Fenty just cancelled my order four days after I placed it with no explanation. It was a Christmas present for someone and now I don't have time to reorder them something else.

So disappointed. My $300 package is missing, no one will reply on and spcial media or through customer service. Courier company doesn't care either all they see is delivered but it's delivered in a different country! I really am shocked that I can't even get a response, loads of Christmas presents had to be rebought

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR SITE**** they’ve made my experience shopping with Fenty a nightmare. First time, I ordered the wrong shade, tried to exchange it, instead of helping me find the right shade, they REFUNDED my money without my knowledge, and shipped me out a new one. Shade was wrong AGAIN so again I tried to exchange it. They proceed to tell me that they can’t do anything about it bc they gave me my money back; that I should sell, or give the shade to someone else. First, I didn’t approve of a refund. What is the point of online shopping if you’re gonna make it inconvenient? Then shipping ad says FAST SHIPPING. WRONG. It’s the slowest shipping! Got my product almost a month later. I write a review to let people know what to expect with customer service just for them to take it down and say it doesn’t meet their guidelines ? How can people honestly write reviews if they just sugar coat? Y’all they only post the GOOD REVIEWS they FAKE AF! Again I tried ordering from THEM AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I get my package today(of corse it arrives almost a month later) with NOTHING IN IT! All they say is “sorry about that” when knowing damn well they dgaf to make it better. We’re just another transaction. “sorry we can’t help you moving forward bc we refunded you without your knowledge” you’re gonna have to sell it and buy another one from us”. Rihanna has the worst production/customer service for a multi billionaire woman. I’m writing on here bc they don’t tell you these things on the actual site. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE RIGHT SHADE OR ELSE YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT FOR THE RIGHT COLOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LAZY AND WILL REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF MAKING YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOPPING FOR FENTY A BREEZE.

Ordered some Fenty Skin products over three weeks ago. No sign of delivery. Customer service are not helpful - they just tell you to check with DHL. DHL tell you to check with Fenty Skin as the item was dispatched over ten days ago. I appreciate there may be delays due to the pandemic but to be fair I've had items delivered from Hong Kong in less than a week - much further away than the Fenty fulfilment centre in Ohio, US. DHL tracking number eventually disappeared - "tracking number not recognised". I've now requested a refund from Fenty. It's a shame as I've seen lots of good reviews about the products themselves but they really need to get their logistics in order.

I ordered a foundation + concealer. I got the fenty skin fat water.. what’s going on? I really need the foundation.. it cost me 70 dollars (60 + 10 shipping). Will never order again, time to find a new foundation.

I was waiting 3 months for my order I never got a tracking number Finally after i got charded through my phone for no reason while i was waiting for an answer,they said to me through messenger i will get a refund in 5 -7 business days and that the mistake was theirs....its been at least 15 working days and i still didnt get my money back Noone is answering through messenger anymore

I sent my return in at the end of July. Was finally able to reach destination Aug 20th. Today is 9/16 and still not information regarding my return. They are as slow as turtles. It is totally unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible. I paid around £20 for a quick shipping. My order never arrived. I never got a tracking number. I emailed them so many times but never got any response. Suddenly, i got a notification that i have been partially refunded as they only refunded me the cost of the order and dismissed the shipping cost. What a total scam. You’d think a big brand with good reputation would have an atleast decent service.
