Excited to purchase the Fenty Shampoo and Conditioner.... The courier service was exceptional. The Sephora UK packaging was fabulous - I loved the attention to detail - the black and white inner sleeved of the packaging and the black and white tissue paper - thoughtful and inspiring. The shampoo and conditioner smelt delightful.... Adding a small amount of mouse to the finished conditioned wet hair - I waited with anticipation to see if my voluminous hair would spiral without a diffuser - exceptional result. I was a little concerned about buying products due to the reviews on here, but I thought I'd test it out anyway, as I really want some of the items as they're highly rated on other platforms. No issue at all - the package arrived within a few days, everything was there, and it was packed really well, so no damage. I think they've probably changed their customer service department!

All my items came in great condition. The items came before the expected date ( 2 days). I also got a 15% of next order voucher and a free Fb gift. The body butter is heavenly and I will be repurchasing it along with the fat water, deep conditioner, curl cream, clarifying shampoo & the lip gloss. I would 100% recommend this company and their products.

Im loving Fenty beauty,it's definitely worth the price. Ive purchased their diamond bomb highlighter,contour stick and lip gloss and they're all amazing products. The highlighter is beautiful and lasts all day on my skin. The contour stick sculpts my face beautifully and adds dimension to my face. But the fenty gloss lasts at least a few hours on my lips and makes my features pop!

not sure what’s with the negative reviews but my experience with Fenty has been amazing. never had any issues with orders, came on time as promised! i got my makeup done for my birthday and the artist used the fenty foundation, it’s amazing! it doesn’t feel heavy or cakey at all. honestly, i forgot i was even wearing foundation until i got home that night. plus love the lip glosses too. can’t wait to try more products in the future!

Ich habe bei Fenty Beauty das erste Mal bis jetzt bestellt. Nach meiner Bestellung habe ich eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen und dann hatte ich gar keine Info mehr. Aufgrund der ganzen negativen Bewertungen habe ich Panik bekommen, dass mein Geld weg ist und ich die Ware niemals erhalten werde. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nach ca 4 Tagen eine Antwort bekommen, dass meine Ware unterwegs ist. Nach ca zwei Wochen nach meiner Bestellung vom 30.11.24 habe ich die Ware einwandfrei und vollständig erhalten. Deswegen kann ich die ganzen negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen.

LOVE Fenty products! I know people are giving negative remarks because of customer service and delivery issues. I can say that I've never had this problem, fingers crossed, lol. From my account, they are a profeasional and trust worthy company that produces quality products. I will always support them.
