Customer service is terrible! They started a sale one day after I placed my order for 30% off. I asked for them to apply it to my order and they said no because the sale started yesterday and I didn't place my order yesterday. No duh that is why I am reaching out. They also can't cancel once the order has been placed so you are screwed and they make you return it and the sale will probably be over by the time I receive my items and try to return lol what a joke. Also, their products are make super cheap because a bunch of the containers and bottles like my lipstick and the fat water broke or arrived broken. Don't shop here it is over hyped.

Where’s my order. No responses. Give me my refund

I ordered some make up items 3 weeks ago I wanted them to update my make up bag before a wedding next week. But they haven’t even been dispatched yet. The last update was the 2nd of October, it’s now five days later and nothings been changed. I’ve emailed customer services twice but no response. I didn’t realise these products were coming from New Jersey to UK, at this stage I don’t care if the make up is good or not. I’ll never buy from them again, for the same price I could’ve gone to boots in the High Street and got the same items , more fool me for going on their actual website, thinking it would be better. This brand is all fur coat and no knickers. Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered on the 26th of September-nothing, no sign of package . Customer service is complete silence & at this point they are to be considered money thieves.

Customer service does not exist, Avoid ordering from the website, there's no updates. Payment taken on 25th of September, website claims it takes 4 days to pack your order for shipping. Still waiting for confirmation. Messaged customer service 4 times now, they keep saying I should get a reply really soon. Last time I've messaged asking how to go about cancelling my order, just got sent a link to fenty/returns website and case closed. From what I'm seeing here they must be dealing with a lot of complaints atm. But still awaiting reply to the first one from 3days ago. Wish I just went to the shop, really not worth it.

I rlly like the product but after reordering in the sale 13 days ago it still hasn’t arrived!! I’ve also emailed customer service but no reply. Checked the global-e tracking - Why has it been in transit for a whole week?

Very poor communication. No tracking available, customer service simply does not reply to your email enquiries. I am still waiting after a week to know where my order is even though payment taken! Would not use website again after this - better to go into boots to buy in person. AVOID ordering from the website in UK as its TERRIBLE SERVICE!
