Missing order with USPS-No Response
UPDATE: Fenton Jewelry has made contact and confirmed USPS status, which is no updates since item going missing December 9, 2021. Fenton has offered to replace item if it does not arrive tomorrow, Monday, December 20, 2021. I have upgraded stars accordingly. Missing order with USPS-No Response from Fenton. Order #7509 shipped 12/1/2021, never received. No updates from USPS other than in transit, arriving late. USPS shows it left the distribution center 5 miles from me on 12/9/2021 but never delivered. Emails to Fenton have gone unanswered. Very disappointed in their customer service. This was to be a special Christmas gift.
