FeniexReviews of feniex.com

Ordered & paid for 4x fusion amber 6-led light heads online at feniex.com, instead got shipped 4x amber T-3’s. I’m running a business so I don’t have time to play customer service email/phone tag & mess with shipping so I just went out and bought all whelen lights at a local distributor/installer instead. I guess i’ll put my new unwanted t-3’s (that I overpaid for) on my atv/ flatbed trailer or something one day since they are now just sitting on the shelf in my shed.

Purchased the lights, was showed and told in-stock. Paid for 2 day air. Took a month to receive. Never even called or refunded 2 day air cost. They just showed up. But I'm a businesses owner as well and understand the whole back log of suppliers.

Works perfect. Quality build. Lose a star because they should be able to get product shipped when the quickest way is chosen during shipping checkout section. Yes there is a in house wait once you place your order clearly posted during checkout. However this isn't the 20th century any longer. DO NOT request anything other than regular shipping its a waste of money.

There seems to be an issue with placing an order and then receiving that order in a timely matter. The items that I have ordered in the past I’ve had to cancel and purchased on Amazon or ultra bright lights because you were unable to ship them due to supply issues And/or shipping issues.

Great products, great service! Never had any issues wtih orders that wheren't immediately resolved. The same with RMAs. Very satisfied with this up and coming company.

Very bright and clear for everyone to see
