Good light very poor warranty, fenix makes you jump through numerous hoops and still won't honor their warranty

I spoke to Desiree on March 1 about needing to find out if the Fusion V3s from 2020 where the same firmware as the fusion S series lights. I sent her a picture of the front of the light and she said she knew what I needed. Apparently not. She had 2 lights made for me and I paid $59 each plus almost $30 in shipping. And the lights I received are the old cobra T6 firmware. I made sure of this. I have several if the old cobra t6 light in my shop. And they synced perfect with them but not the ones I need them to sync with. So needs to say I’m out the time and supplies I used to start an install I can’t finish at this time. My customer and myself are really disappointed. I have used Feniex lights for almost 10 years now. I even convinced my Fire Department to install all Feniex lights and sirens on our new quick response vehicle. When majority of the guys and gals on my department use another name brand. I need to know what can be done to get this fixed ASAP so I can get this truck put back together.

The customer service was terrible. I still have not received the other half of my order and the half that I currently do have is not working.

This is the first time I used this company, not impressed!! Customer service is sub-par. As a new customer who spent a significant amount of money and was not satisfied to say the least and got the run around on multiple occasions!

Your instructions, if that's what you want to call them, suck. I make the mistake of calling them for clarification, my apologies for bothering you as I was told their tech dept doesn't have time to field calls, they're much to busy. Customer service sucks and that's your biggest mistake.

Where to start!!??? Absolutely a laughter of a company. You purchase $700 plus on one item "not including the other 2k +" and they tell you in order for your visor to work you need a $20 part! 🤣. This info is absolutely no where for you to know. You then pay $80 to overnight shipment and FENIEX sends it 5 days later. Customer service informs me I'll have a full refund the next day. That NEVER HAPPENED. I specifically ask how are the takedowns on the quantum interior visor, FENIEX stated (blinding). I CAN ABSOLUTELY CONFIRM, pathetic is an extremely generous description. Takedowns are a complete JOKE!! I also purchased their $350 complete PA/SIREN SYSTEM. Pa/Siren is absolutely WORSE then the quantum visor. Honestly I purchased Sound Off immediately to replace it. It's completely ridiculous how bad it sounds!! FENIEX customer service states you can set any light combo you desire with their software. WRONG, ironically FENIEX doesn't inform you there's an additional $150 fee for the software. Let's talk about their $450 dollar 4200 Control box. If you're looking to get into an absolute maze of unnecessary clicks and settings for such a simple task a control box is supposed to do, then absolutely purchase the 4200. I guarantee your experience trying to set your settings will be as exciting compared to the LOW QUALITY all of FENIEX items offers. There are SO MANY NEGATIVES with this company I can literally write a book. AMAZON definitely has better quality, prices and easy install then FENIEX Does!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't spend your money on these guys. I guarantee you WILL NOT be happy. FENIEX can care less about you and your experience!!! Thank you to the manager that always avoided my phone calls and concerns. AND to "Ariana Carruth, VP of Sales", PLEASE don't respond with your generic reply and with your pathetic copy and paste of excuses.

Probably the worst experience i have had with vehicle lighting, I ordered 19 surface mount lights and within weeks of installation they started to burn out. The lights were full of moisture and stopped working, the lights came from 3 different orders so I'm skeptical the replacement lights won't have the same issues. Stay tuned and we will see what happens after I send these back and get the replacements
