I have 4 Fender guitars. An Ultra Luxe Stratocaster, an Ultra Luxe Telecaster, a 70th Anniversary Broadcaster and now a Mod Shop Telecaster. I love them all but this Mod Shop Tele is amazing. I spec’d it out the way I wanted it and Frnder built a masterpiece. Natural finish mahogany body, roasted maple nevk, Texas Special pickups, silver anodized pick guard and locking tuners. Best guitar I’ve ever played! Thanks Fender.

I’m more than satisfied. I had a problem with a guitar I bought which was still under warranty and contacted the Fender customer service directly since the dealer wasn’t taking my request seriously. I must say that I wasn’t expecting much, but Kane Kitchen has been taking care of my issue so kindly and has been so helpful. I sure will buy from Fender again and really hope Kane keeps working at the customer service because he sure belongs there! Thank you so much again Kane!

everyone at fender has been amazing and made me feel like a part of the family Thank You Guys your all amazing

I had a great customer experience with emailing fender directly, Will D answered my baritone questions in timely manner and was knowledgeable about everything. Will D was awesome, five star customer service

So geht 1A Service!

Fender Music Australia, Jefferson Mc, recently provided me with insurmountable service arranging for repair of an unusual technical problem with my American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster, which required shipment to and from Sydney. The exercise was conducted with a minimum of fuss and excellent efficiency, at no cost to me despite Warranty not being applicable.

I had the joy of new phone / logins lost coupled with a spurious connection to a Facebook login I just couldnt understand. Nothing available online to fix so I reached out to customer support and was ably and very quickly helped by Ben - a great experience and genuine pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much 🤘🏻🙏🏻

Great customer service from Fender. They honored the warranty on my Fender Mustang Micro with no problem at all. Just a simple email providing a brief description of the problem along with proof of purchase and the serial number. Super easy and friendly service. Thank you to Mark B. and the rest of the team for providing great products and great customer service!
