I have bought 3 expensive fender guitars in the past 16 months and have had to take them all back. 5 days ago I paid $2992 for a 1972 reissue thin line and had to take it back yesterday bent tuning key, 3 warped settles and the truss rod didn't work. I was told I would have another one air mailed to me today but never got it. I saw today on my confirmation email the guitar really cost $2803 I was over charged. I had a gig tonight but had to let someone else play it so I lost that money. I could not even get 1 dollar off to get any kind of a deal. Last year I tried to buy a fender guitar and Amp that costed over 2500 but was 15 dollars short I left without it. I live off of disability so it's very hard for me to get a good guitar but when I can manage it every time this is what I go through. I'm very upset with fender I'm 56 and have bought many fender merchandise since I was 7 this is uncalled for.

Still waiting for my Stratocaster HSS; have heard every possible excuse and now they won’t refund my money. I’m now having to contact my credit card company so they can get involved. Very disappointing!

I bought my dream guitar at 15 I bought it myself 3 months ago it is an American vintage 2 thinline tele and it has been treated perfect and all of a sudden the three bolt neck keeps moving and have to get it set up very often and fender won’t offer a return as I past the 30 days I still have all receipts and paper work and they said they can’t help

Wouldn't buy a Fender again... Needed a simple replacement screw and spring for a pickup. They couldn't tell me what the part was, but promised to send one out, but it never arrived. This REALLY shouldn't be that difficult! THE most basic thing - They just don't seem to give a s**t

Fender player plus aren't fit for use. Had 3 and all have pickup hum even though they advertise it as having no hum and being noiseless. Do not buy

Do not respond to emails money taken 2 days ago shipping label created yesterday has not even been picked up by the carrier today so suffice it to say no movement on my item emailed again no response.

I purchased a fender guitar with 3 months free access to the teaching app. The “my path” tab on the app does not open. I have sent two requests for support to the app to which I have received nothing but an automated response.

Fender 68 Custom Deluxe, cost: £1449. Issues: Noisy reverb that buzzes, noisy vibrato, high noise floor with a lot of hiss. Contacted customer service and their response was: cue the moronic generic reply: "ThAtS HoW iTs SuPoSeD tO sOuNd, tHe CiRcUiT iS dEsIgNeD tHaT wAy" Comes with a cheap plastic footswitch and the stock speaker leaves a lot to be desired. A brand new amp that is essentially useless that costs a months wages. So, I retutrned the amp and ended up buying a Supro Black Magick reverb that is SUPERIOR in every way.
