Had a really great experience with Fender, as there were a couple of items needing replacement under warranty. From contacting the company to speaking with Caesar in Customer Relations, the entire process was easy and hassle-free. The replacement items arrived quickly, and my son is back to playing his guitar. Great customer service and a great experience overall!

I had placed an order for a Fender part and it arrived damaged. I reached out to Mark B, with Consumer Relations Fender, and he immediately responded. He not only shipped a new Fender part, but he sent it on a next day delivery and he had it shipped in a box. The box kept the part from being damaged and the part arrived in great condition. Thank you to Fender and Mark B. for great customer support.

Honestly didn't expect to be writing one of these, but here I am. Mark B., man. Every single time I reached out, he treated me like a friend, not an order number. I picked the wrong cover for my amp (totally on me), and instead of making it a whole thing, he just took care of it. Fast, generous, zero hoops. That kind of grace sticks with you. Cory West was so very helpful and replaced a cord that I purchased through a 3rd party vender. It only took me minutes on the phone and less than 36 hours it was delivered to fl from the west coast.

Reported a defect on my bass gig bag and Fender's customer service made a replacement in no time. Great job!

Major thanks to Mark B from customer service. He took care of my issue immediately and solved my problem by issuing me a new item. On the scale of things my problem was small, BUT I had just started using a Flash 2.0 tuner, I went to use it and it wasn't working. Somehow the display was messed up. Thought i would have to toss it, then I thought maybe I could replace the display screen. I contacted Fender and Mark said that they would just replace the unit, all I had to do was recover the receipt from Guitar Center which was no problem. So Kudos to Mark and Fender for taking care of me. Thanks . Kevin.
