10 stars thanks to KANE KITCHEN. This gentleman is the smartest, coolest and most professional customer service agent I’ve had the privilege of talking to. He helped me process a return and solve some complications that arose from it. Additionally, his good-mannered demeanor and quick thinking helped me find the best possible deal for a 50’s classic vibe Stratocaster which was almost impossible to ship to my location. Fender has a strong asset in Kane and all the great work he does.

Excellent Customer Service
The Mod Shop keeps the customer up to date. I emailed a question about my build and the response came from Fender the same day. The shipping updates were especially helpful due to a planned trip out of town on the delivery date. The guitar set up was amazing. And, there's something special about a serial number stamped into metal on the neck plate. I'll be back.

Fender Guitars
Even though this product is made in a foreign country, I was surprised with the quality. Sounded good ,but it needed adjusting.

Thanks Jim, Our off shore product will have the same quality and attention to detail as our USA made instruments. Sometimes they do shift and settle a bit during the journey overseas, but as you discovered, some slight adjusting should bring everything back into spec. Thanks for the honest review.
