I placed my order on December 1st, it is December 20th and I still do not have the items in hand, they were delivered to the wrong address/house, FedEx said to contact the shipper, but I have not received any communication from Fender Musical Instruments Corp. Very disappointed.

I own 4 Fender guitars, 3 of which are custom shop, bought from several retailers and I have always had an excellent experience. Today I have decided to buy through Fender directly and I was truly disappointed. At the checkout PayPal didn’t offer me the 4x payment option and the transaction went through with one time payment. I have written one minute after to Fender to cancel the order and to place it again with a different payment method and my request was refused by Alexandra Lucia | Fender EMEA Consumer Relations Supervisor. I have later spoken to someone else at Fender over the phone, who said not to worry that they were going to refund me, but then I have received another email from Alexandra Lucia saying that the Mod Shop program doesn’t allow cancellation. After one minute? For an order that I would have placed again today to benefit of the free upgrade on the program? I have never had such a terrible experience with any transaction. Total lack of human sensitivity. I will stick to Guitar Legend, Woodbrass and Centro Chitarre.

FENFER BULLET tuner is not very good 1. it was expensive 2. it is insensitive when the battery is slightly used , it was ok when new but soon became insensitive (and useless just showing a blank screen ) 3. it is inaccurate , shows in tune when it is in fact slightly out (that`s if you can get it to display in the first place) over priced junk I have another tuner that was half the price , and works fine even when the battery is almost dead . I feel ripped off !! thanks for reply But I threw the thing away already , and did not bother to save the receipt . I was so disappointed after it failed to perform & let me down .

I Purchased a brand new Prewired pickguard with Texas Special pickups. The DC tolerance was greater than 10% for each pickups rated value. I contacted Fender to be told that is within tolerance. Update 7/29. After contacting Fender consumer relations they carelessly sent a replacement preloaded pick guard via FEDEX without signature required. FEDED mishandled the shipment and it never arrived. Now consumer relations is ghosting me. No surprise. Update 8/1. Fender custom relations stated a replacement would be shipped. Never happened. Fender volume production has caused the QC to diminish and their support has followed.

Köpte en kurt cobain jaguar NOS made in mexico för en massa pengar och det är lite av en dröm gitarr för mig. När den kom har den vassa band och även sadeln var vass.Banden var inte i linje med vita bindningen. Usel kvalitet på halsen alltså. Det borde alla de kontroller som görs i fabrik (som det sitter etiketter om på gitarren) uppmärksammat. Har skickat tillbaka till säljare gear4music och de sa att de ska fixa felen i 4-6 veckor ibland tar det 60 dagar! Hahaha ett sånt fiasko. Snacka om sorglig kvalitet och service. Vi får se hur detta slutar. En komedi.
