I sent in a request to get the "as-built" configuration of a 2005 USA Srat. It had been modified. Kane Kitchen did deep dive for me and came up with an FSR for Guitar Center. Now I can bring it back to its original config. Kane responded in less than 24 hours. He really cleared things up for me. A++++++++ buddy!

Ich hatte leider ein Problem mit dem Nitrolack meiner Stratocaster. Es kam zu einem Abfärben des Gigbags auf den Lack. Der Fender Kundendienst hat für mich sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Tolle Kommunikation und Problemlösung. Danke an Tobi von Fender!
