Amazing customer service! Kane Kitchen was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, understood the problem right away, and stayed in touch with me over several days until the issue was resolved. I would feel incredibly confident purchasing items from this company on the basis of how well I was treated during this interaction.

I am a Technical Services Manager in a different field, and I deal with warranty issues on a daily basis. Therefore, I am very close to the customer experience, but I also understand the process of complaint resolutions. I had a persistent warrant issue with my Ultra II Meteora guitar. It took several repairs to finally solve the issue. I contacted Fender customer support and talked with Shane. Shane was very professional and worked in my behalf to resolve the issue. He also followed up and accommodated my requests. In the end Fender made it right, and that makes owning Fender gear, an easy choice. Fender and the support team did a great job. I own way too much Fender stuff, but I have been a Fender loyalist since I was a kid. I stopped playing guitar for about 10 years and came back to it. I upgraded my gear and I am amazed at the new technology and advancements that Fender has made. I love my ultra II HSS Strat and Ultra II Materoa. Also the Vintage California King acoustic is incredible value for the money and plays like a dream.

Had a problem ordering Studio Pro Through a 3rd party, Caesar went the extra mile, good man.

I bought an entry level Strat off of Amazon for a gift. It had some minor defects in the finish (looked like glitter). I contacted customer support, not really expecting anyone to care - especially since bought from a third party. I was wrong. Mark B immediately took steps to make the situation right. No BS, no jumping through hoops - just a solution. Great experience and Fender will definitely get my future business.
