Ordered a Squier Affinity Jazz Bass online, but I was disappointed with what I received: No skunk stripe as per the advert on their site, a few scratches in the lacquer, and the wiring is completely haywire: Tone controls act as Volume and work erratically, and Volume knob acts more as an on/off switch than a proper Vol.Control. Also, supplied a wrong hex-key for the truss-rod: too thin. Just shows you that the old saying "Try before you buy" still goes. Next time I'll go to a proper guitar shop to do just that. A lesson learned and not to be repeated....

Avis en demi teinte, tout d'abord envoi extremement rapide, reçu en un jour via UPS. Par contre à la reception c'est la deception. Guitare squier Mustang recouverte de poussiére avec bouton de tonalité qui ne tournait qu'au quart de la course.... et les frettes... impossible de faire un bend sans avoir l'impression que la corde allait se couper en deux tellement les frettes accrochaient et n'étaient pas poncées. Soit disant la guitare est controlée par quelqu'un avant envoi, c'est clairement de la foutaise, sinon elle serait jamais partie dans cet état. Par contre, et pour finir, SAV au top, joignable trés facilement, correspondant au telephone trés gentil, retour effectué gratuitement sans encombre et remboursement dés reception à l'entrepôt. Quel dommage, y'a clairement des problémes de controle qualité et l'image de la marque ne peut qu'en être ternie. Donc plus jamais malheureusement.. En plus je reçois un mail qui me dit qu'ils conseillent de faire régler la gratte par un luthier quelque soit la gamme.. On croit réver ^^ Pour résumer : SAV au top, mais produit catastrophique, peut être je n'ai pas eut de chance.

the fender tone app worked well on windows 10 and i was easily able to update the firmware on my fender mustang LT25 amp and now that windows 11 just came out, its not detecting anything!! all usb ports work fine and all cables are still working and detected by my pc, the fender tone software NEEDS TO BE UPDATED COMPLETELY TO SUPPORT WINDOWS 11!!

I purchased a Fender Passport Event PA system. Took it to a gig, plugged it in. It worked. Then it didn't. I tested the power supply and power cable on all other amplifiers; they worked fine. This one is a dud. I'm taking it back to the shop tomorrow. I wonder what they will say? The shop has replaced it with a new one. This works fine with good quality sound. I've changed my review from one star to three. If it had worked first time without needing replacement I would have given five stars.

Good Amp but plays up sometimes

I recently bought a Fender American Standard Stratocaster new. The first one I got had a huge paint job fault, so I got a new one. Makes me wonder about the quality control they have. The second one I got, which I kept, is great, but the plug jack is faulty, sometimes there is no contact. I have to wobble the cable a bit to get it to work. Great guitars, but they should really rewamp their quality assurance systems...
