best thing to bless the earth

I realized I had a small issue with my guitar shipment 6 months after I received it. Obviously out of the 30 day reporting period. Mark B in consumer relations was great!! He gathered my info, figured out what was going on, and took care of it in a couple of days!!! Can not thank him enough!!! Mark B (I think he's in Arizona) makes me want to buy yet ANOTHER Fender!!

Bought Fender P bass guitar to start learning and the output jack was squirrely and had to be fiddled with to connect with amp. Kane Kitchen of Consumer Relations handled my request for service and went the extra mile by sending a new guitar rather than making me go to a service center for repair of the one I had bought. And he did it all with an easy, friendly attitude. Now, if they could only give me musical talent...

Worked with Mark B on a tuning peg replacement on my new Player II. He was quick emailing me with what I needed to get a replacement. His follow up is great and couldn’t be happier.

I bought a Fender SA-150 acoustic guitar, but 6 months later, the bridge detached from the body. I took it to a warranty center, and it was replaced. However, a year later, the new guitar suffered the exact same issue. Because of this, I strongly advise against buying this specific model. That being said, I contacted Fender’s warranty department directly and was assisted by Kane Kitchen. He completely understood the situation and sent me a different guitar model as a replacement. I highly value Fender's commitment to their customers.

I have been playing bass for 54 years. As I get older weight really matters so I became interested in a Mod shop model with a chambered ash body, but needed some additional spec info.. Thats when I called in and was connected with Kane Kitchen. Boy I was lucky to get Kane on the line. He is truly one of the best customer service advisors I have ever interacted with at any company. He got the information that I asked for in no time. I have since purchased a new Fender Jazz professional II from your largest dealer and will soon be placing an order for a Mod Shop model. Thanks Kane!

Mark B is probably the best Customer Service that I have ever deal with. The guaranty from Fender and the service from Mark was a great experience. I'm 65 years old and I've been using Fener Guitars and Amps from the beginning and I would recommend Fender all day long.
