I got in contact with Fender because I needed a replacement for my Jackson Custom Shop Guitar, In god’s luck, i was attended by a fine gentleman called Caesar Tapia that not only did a fine job, he went beyond that until my problem was solved. He deserves a raise and congrats on Fender to have such a fine customer service experience

I contacted Fender support about a problem with an amp that was still within the initial 2 year warranty period. Fender took my information and my case quickly. They decided that I qualified for a free replacement. Fender shipped a new amp to me which arrived in just over a week. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and over email were very helpful. They have a small company feel (none of that "we are experiencing an unusually high call volume..." waiting game nonsense on the phone, and no oversees call-center outsourcing) that i didn't expect from a company who sells hundreds of thousands of guitar amps every year. Fender provided great support on all fronts.

I have contacted customer service regarding Fender Play. When I bought my new guitar the usual promo code for this was missing. So after I registered the product I contacted customer support and in less than a day David from CS wrote to me that everything is solved, he created manually setup for my 3 months trial and I am now able to enjoy the lessons online. Great experience with their CS

I purchased a Jazzmaster that I had issues with some of the parts being defective or the wrong part based on product description by an authorized dealer. The first time I called I spoke to Will he was fantastic at getting me one of my replacement parts. I had to call back for the others and I Spoke with Joe who is also a top notch and very knowledgeable advisor. Both of these advisors went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Thank yall very much Joe and Will. I will recommend fender products to any at anytime with no reservations about it. This company still remembers what customer service is.

The Fender company has given us excellent service on our ukelele's. About a year ago my then 5 year old grandson started his lessons and the tuner would not stay tight. They sent him a new ukelele. Recently my 8 year old grandsons ukelele had the bridge pull off the body. We tried a few glues to hold it again but nothing worked. His music instructor told us once they separate you usually can't get them back on. FENDER is sending him a replacement. We are just so happy that they have been so good with us. My daughter owns four ukelele's. The children have recieved a ukelele on their 5th birthday and started lessons at 5 years. Fender is AWESOME! Thank you.

Cory West realized my problem and instantly started to help. Went above what I was expecting and let me pick out a new Uke after my repair was denied and overnight shipped it to my door. It's a much better Uke than my original one and now I can get back to my lessons!

Had a problem with my Bigsby on my Gretsch Jet needed a part And Mr. Kane kitchen took care of it immediately. In my experience, this is excellent service.
