Registered. Gave a time and date for the consultation. Got an email invite advising me that there would be a $49 rebooking fee if I missed the appointment. Less than an hour before the appointment was to happen, I get another invite telling me that my appointment has been rebooked to the next day. No reason. Nevermind that as with any appointment, I had to find time to do it. Just assumed I would be free and gee, I wasn't offered $49 dollars. When I cancelled my membership, they could not even be bothered to ask why. This is the level of give a damn they bring right out of the gate. Just to clarify: their response here makes it sound like I cancelled the appointment- THEY cancelled and left me hanging without any excuse.
