To help clarify, we never prescribe or dispense medication without a full clinical review by a provider, and your explicit approval of any treatment plan or cost. If a medication was discussed during your consultation, it would only have been a proposed starting plan based on your symptoms, history, and provider assessment, not something compounded or shipped before labs are reviewed. Your lab results are used to further refine and optimize dosing, and adjustments are made as soon as results are back. That’s absolutely not how we want anyone to feel when taking this step. To clarify our pricing, the $29 fee covers your first month of membership, which includes your initial and follow-up consultations, as well as your at-home hormone test. Any additional charges at this stage would only be for medication, and nothing is ever billed without your consent and confirmation.
