The feltcave is really nice. Cat went bazooka on it. Mostly playing with the cave, not yet sleeping in it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wrote customer service directly after my order but I never got a reply. I had a question about my order (about 4 free mouses, but because they did not answer my question, I did not receive the 4 free mouses as promoted).

It took a long time to be delivered to Australia, but it was as expected and I'm happy with the product. My cat went straight in to explore, he isn't using it often yet but I believe he will warm up to it especially as its getting colder now.

Well, this is very well made and attractive. Unfortunately, my cat hasn’t been willing to go into it yet. 🥴. I am considering making the opening larger. I put catnip inside, but that didn’t lure her in. So…. Jury is still out I guess.

I received my felt caves (4, as I have 4 cats) a couple of weeks ago. 2 of the cats have been sleeping in them a couple of hours a day, and the others are gradually showing interest. I'm looking for dried catnip to put in the caves to see if that will entice them in. They look great and I'm hopeful.

Hi Danna, thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We're glad that 2 of your cats love to sleep in their Feltcave. We hope that eventually your 2 other cats will warm up to it as well! As a tip, you could try to place it to their favorite sleeping spot for example on top of your bed/sofa. You could also try to put their favorite stuff such as toys and blankets. My cats have already tried out their Feltcave and seem to find it a new home! A Perfect fit for cats! My only reason for not-a-5-star review is that the mailing process seemed spotty; finally having track it via text and email to receive it.
