Customer service is great! I ordered 2 custom mugs and had a little trouble getting 1 mug, as soon as I reached out, their team member was persistent on helping me and made sure to send me a new replacement mug ASAP 💜 the 1 I have received is made very well and looks exactly as pictured! We are stoked to have this special gift made for us

Cute little "Bratz"-esque doll. Can't complain because you customize it to your liking. Lots of hair and clothes to choose from. Even had a model for the thicker girls. Print quality is really good as well. Quality ink and paper used. Framed it and put it on my wall.
