over-charged 'fixed' - NOT!
Ordered a $4.95 pattern and was immediately charged an extra $25.00 for a 'bundle' I did not want, did not order. Complained to company, they responded quickly, but only to say only the $4.95 came through, so it should've been all good - except that two more times the auto debit info they had tried TWICE to recapture the $25.00. When I re-complained, they didn't fix it, only said 'it didn't get charged.' My credit card had to be shut down to escape the constant re-charges. Very unhappy.
