I wish I had looked here before making a purchase thru this website. Like everyone else before me, I too was charged $25 immediately following a purchase for a pattern that was $4.90. I contacted the company and they said they could not refund me but offered. 10% refund or I could choose 2 patterns for free. At this point I don’t even want to download the patterns I already purchased, I do not trust this company and you shouldn’t either!

Dishonest business practices. I said no to a $25 bundle and was charged for it anyway. Company will not refund. They also automatically enroll you in a VIP Club and charge you $29.95 if you don’t cancel within a couple of days.

Corrupt company. They added $25,00 bundle to my order that I did not order than won't refund because it was digital. Now they added another $29.95 to my charge card for no reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a few patterns and then I also was charged $25 for some bundle I did not order. Can’t refund. Then charged $29.85 for a VIP Club or something. This is BS!!!!

The should have zero. I purchased a 4.50 pattern and they added a $25 something without authorization. And since it was an instant download they will not refund. I did not authorize and they stole my money. Will dispute through bank

I ordered a pattern on sale for $4.90. While I was setting up my payment method, they plopped a $25 item into my cart that I did not order, want, or need. It got paid for before I realized what had happened; I saw it only when I got the thanks for my purchase. The owner is refusing to refund my money, so I am going to start a dispute with my credit card company.

Bought a pattern for $4.90 and 3 days later was charged $29.95 for VIP access that was never mentioned or agreed upon. Very fraudulent business practices.

I ordered four patterns. After completing my payment, there was a popup for a bundle that I did not want but was immediately charged $25 for. They responded quickly and refunded the $25 as I had contacted my bank about the unauthorized charge. I made all the pieces for the Woodland Santa Gnome, but the pattern is incomplete. I wrote to the company to let them know there were no coat instructions in the pattern and they have not responded. I would recommend buying your patterns elsewhere. October 18, 2026 I’m writing this update to my review. I have dealt with Chloe. She did send me an updated version of the pattern that I bought that included the coat instructions. I’m not sure if I will buy from them again. I did not like the pushing the membership, but the patterns are easy to understand and were immediately downloaded. Chloe was very nice. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3.
