Federal Direct Tax ServicesReviews of federaldirecttax.com

Federal Direct has a great team from the CEO to customer service representatives, everyone I have encountered has been very helpful, courteous and just easy to work with. They work with you and your situation all across the board. My personal situation I was frustrated/a tad mad regarding a 1040X situation, after communicating with Joe, he explained why I was having the issue and provided the solution. Software upgrade was needed. They are an awesome team of tax professionals. I would recommend Federal Direct to other tax professionals looking to start their own tax business.

Excellent operation and support with great staff. Readily recommend Federal Direct to others

FDT is always prepared to professionally and correct all answers. What ever my question is. I feel completely satisfied that the answer is correct and within the IRS process

When we started the best thing we liked was your support. Last couple years since people started working from home. Some of your employees hesitate to jump over the computer to help. We need to get better.

From day one I’ve felt respected and appreciated as a fellow associate. The company’s support system is fantastic from the top down. Professionalism and understanding is abundant throughout.
