Service was great and shipping

This "business" is built on scamming people and shouldn't be allowed to operate. I want my money back IMMEDIATELY! I've never ran into a situation like this. It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order. I was promised a 5-day delivery window. I'm still yet to receive any tracking updates (even after reaching out numerous times). After going through reviews of the "company," it is clear that they're known for this. Please take a look at their countless 1-star remarks. There are other consumers having the exact same issues that I'm having. I am confident that I will NOT receive my order. I actually think that I was sold something that isn't even in stock. I can't get a refund. I wish I could give that money to a business that actually deserves it.

Terrible customer service. First, good luck contacting them. You can try chat or sending an email but they are totally incompetent. There was an order error and we contacted them within minutes of placing the order but they were unable to do anything even though it did not ship for a week after the order was placed. Don’t waste your time. Complete inefficient company.

My name is Megan Burks!!! First of all I just want to say this company is ASS!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I agreed to do the 4 payment install plan (ShopPay) or (affirm.com) is what the payments are suppose to be made through. I wanted to cancel this order AFTER reading all these horrible reviews (that was my mistake because I am SO BIG on reviews). I did not want the shoes anymore because I ended up purchasing the shoes from NORDSTROMS which is a more credible company. I emailed the support team for feature.com because they have no actual customer service number ( what are the odds of that) smh. After two days the support team responds and says the Order has processed. How? I have no shipping information and the first install payment is on Sept. 13th today is Sept. 1st I notified them the SAME DAY to cancel the order. And feature.com has stated it is in the terms and condition and they are ‘not authorized’ to cancel the order. Sooooo I am stuck in a shoe contract lol ?! This was my first and last time ordering from this boo boo company they are money hungry and I hope this company goes all the way to the ground!!!!

DONT BUY IN THIS STORE. They dont ship you your products, is a scam store/app. I have send more than 6 tickets for asking my tracking information.

Short term interest scam. Ordered products 1 month ago with only cut and paste responses. Incredible waste of money.
