Great shop. Originally was frustrated with their return and exchange policy but realized it was more on the manufacturers end rather than the store. Retail pricing and some good sales via newsletter.

Didn't get all of my items,paid overnight shipping. I was reimbursed for the shipping but not the clothing items I paid for.

Ordered my shoes over a week ago and they still haven’t shipped…

Really misleading return policy. There is a statement that says all purchases made within 16 days are eligible for returns. You have to scroll through a bunch of text after that to find out anything on sale is not eligible for return. It’s also a terrible policy for an online shoe retailer to not allow for returns. People obviously need to make sure their shoes fit. I asked to speak with a supervisor at customer service and was refused. The rep (Kiana) just kept telling me that it is my responsibility to be fully aware of the return policy. The problem is that the return policy is written in a misleading way. Terrible policy and abhorrent customer service. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and spreading the word in other ways. I’ll never order from Feature again. Buyer Beware!!!
