FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

I had an excellent experience booking my flight with Cynthia. However, I wish that the prices on the website were final. I also want them to allow a direct booking on the website rather than rerouting through an agent.

Tyler Grace was a very professional agent. When the flight I wanted wasn't available, he found a very similar flight for me. The process was a little long, our phone call lasted over 37 minutes, but this was not the agent's fault, it was the process.

Jaden was patient and polite. I wear hearing aids and have difficulty understanding certain accents. We had to spell out many of the questions to be certain we where communicating clearly and precisely. It was frustrating but not as frustrating as the $93 price increase between the online quote and the actual ticket price I ended up paying after speaking with Jaden. I think Jaden was mentioning some upgrade options due to the discrepancy in price. I guess I'll find out when I get on the plane. I have also requested handicap assistance from the arrival gate and the next departure gate, Southwest should be responsible for this service. additionally I have a service dog that will accompany me on the flight to and from BNA to FAT and back. We'll see how it goes. thank you

I had booked a flight and was looking forward to receiving my ticket. Soon after, I received a call from your agent, Ms. Elena Ross, who informed me that the price of the flight I had booked had risen and gave me other options. I was irritated by the change because I couldn't afford the increased price at the time, and the agent was quite cool and professional in explaining the problem. All I wanted to do at that moment was hang up and hunt for other options on my own, but she actively engaged me on the phone, offering several additional solutions. She was persistent, and after several back-and-forths, she was able to find me another flight that was quite close to my destination at a reasonable price. She was quite helpful.

Cynthia Parker helped me get a flight to go see my Aunt and Uncle for their 50th anniversary after the site made errors and she was professional and patient through out the whole process,

This was a good experience however I needed to cancel and the process was very smooth and Jason was awesome.

Spoke with Jason when booking my flight, he was very helpful. He was able to walk through the process and book for the needed days. Pricing was reasonable and the only real issue that I had was not being able to book the flight deal that was originally selected. Not sure if it was just my particular circumstance, and the flight in question was full and the site just not updated, but, it can be misleading to customers... Barring that I would have no qualms out using FBCTravels again.

There was a problem between FBC and AA but Kevin and his team were able to fix.
