The agent worked hard to get my flights I needed

I was trying to get on flight with my 92 old parents; however, FBC had quickly found better flight close to theirs at 1/2 cost of booking on my parents flights.

I had booked a flight, but the airline decided it was not available. I spoke with Kevin who worked with me to find a flight that met departure and arrival time needs and the price was just as good with a better seat. I highly recommend FBC Travels.

FBC provided a great value for an international trip my family planned -- it beat the same flights booked through the airline directly by a significant margin. Next, several months later, as the trip was nearing, American Airlines modified the schedule and left us arriving 18 hrs later and leaving 16 hrs sooner. Of course this made havoc on our lodging arrangements. FBC (specifically Jason White -- but I suspect that is not his real name) dealth with American Airlines and got my flights changed to different days to allow us to keep most of our lodging in tact. Bad on American Airlines for doing this, but thank you FBC for helping me to salvage as much as possible.
