I agree with the bait and switch. Did like everyone else and booked a flight that said pending. Got a call that it is no longer available and wanted to sell me higher. I said no and to cancel. When I went on today...the same flights are still showing 7 available. Learned my lesson.

Baited with a good price and then told that the flight was not available. Went back on and same thing happened again. Gave this company all my information and CC number. Got such a bad vibe that I canceled my credit card immediately after.

I purchased a round trip ticket from this FBC Travels to Vancouver Canada for $433.00 via Delta Airlines. I received a confirmation and a couple of hours later I received an email saying it should be $760.00 because there was an error picking the seats. Complete BS. I called them and they said that the error was because the ticket price was no longer available so they gave me a $60.00 discount. I said ok and they said you should receive a confirmation and the CC receipt in a few minutes. The next morning I contacted Delta Airlines and they had no receipt of confirmation nor any flights under my name. When I called them they told me that the confirmation takes 3 days to process. What a joke. I will definitely report them to the BBB so they can close this fake company. Don't buy from this company

I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 IF I COULD!!! Should have read the reviews before booking with them! They had the cheapest fare on their website and booked it and instead of getting a confirmation number right away like you typically do, it was in "pending" status?! I called them to update my information that I accidently input the wrong birth month. An Indian man spoke with me and stated that the booking needed to be approved? I received a call from the very same guy not even 30 minutes after that and of course, the discount rate was not available anymore and he wanted to talk about other options. I asked for a refund and he continued to try to find me alternate fares but for a more expensive rate. I told him nope, I want a refund now and to cancel. He said ok sure, you should get an email soon for the cancellation, bye and hung up. Definitely felt like a scam, the guy was polite but did not seem very professional. And the fact that I spoke to the very same guy 3 times and I'm pretty sure he had stated a different name each time! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! IT'S A SCAM!!!

I purchased a round trip ticket to Aruba for $669.25. I received a confirmation and a couple of hours later I received an email saying it should be $919. That's false advertising. I gave my credit card # and got a confirmation how can they just raise the price $250. They quote one price than true to charge you another.

Looking to buy plane tickets to San Juan for this summer and saw ticket prices for $490 through FBC, so I booked the tickets. They called me 15 minutes later to say that the tickets were no longer available at that discounted price, but they said my options were either to pay the price through the airline (~$930), or they could give me a discount for ~$700-$750 (don't remember the exact amount). I told them to cancel my tickets because I was only hoping to spend the $490. I ended up booking the tickets through my credit card for $500 (originally $630, used $130 in credit card points). This company does a bait and switch as others have mentioned in their reviews. Do not trust FBC, look elsewhere.

Thirty minutes after booking I received a call stating that the airline had sold out of tickets at the price I was given. I was told that all other airlines were charging about $3,000 more than what I had booked. I was given the option to upgrade my seat (for a fee) or book with another airline for about $1,000 more. Based off of reading the reviews, this seems like the way this company works.

Are FBC Travel scammers? This was the first time I used FBC Travel, and the prices looked very good. I booked a flight, and a representative called me a few minutes later, saying that the airline had changed the ticket price, so I should pay $120 dollars extra to keep my reservation. I said I would not pay the extra, and they canceled my reservation. I returned to the website, and the original prices still appeared there. I contacted the customer service digital chat, and they told me that their website is updated after 24 hours once the prices change. So, It looks like they offer a low price, and right after the flight is booked, they call you to announce the price rising. Is this legal?
