FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

My experience with Oliver Jones has been great. He was very responsive to our needs and prompt in assisting us with travel arrangements. I recommend him and the travel agency.

Jaden was great I got my ticket!

Jason took care of the price and dates I was looking for, and picked the exact seats we wanted. He called back to make sure I received the tickets and that it was a wonderful experience.

Kevin saved my flight when i missed my flight, he was super quick and supported me the whole time. Kevin Gates helped me to book a flight from Green Bay to NY, he was really quick and help me to book smoothly. I would recommend friends and Family.

It's rare to find a travel company that combines great prices with such excellent customer service. I would definitely book with them again in the future!

Let me share some more amazing aspects of my experience with FBC travels. Not only did they offer me an unbeatable price for my flight, but their customer support was absolutely top-notch. They were there for me every step of the way, ensuring that I had all the information I needed and addressing any concerns or questions I had. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I felt valued and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Following up for another review since my travel is over and wanted to confirm a good experience overall and that there were no unexpected obstacles in my flight experience. Yes - I'm confirming - flight was seamless and no problems with ticketing. Booking ticket was easy and service was prompt. When I call, I get a person and not the run-around. I trust this sight. Will use again. This is coming from someone is is typically pretty skeptical.
