FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

Had a booking to visit my mom in Mexico, made other arrangement at work, tanning salon etc to have them call me about the pending reservation that jumped to twice the price when they said none of those seats were available -total scam and now I'm out of time at work and money spent at the tanning salon so might as well talk to the Attorney General about how a business like this can be openingly operating and ruining people's Christmas-can they sleep at night -sheesh! Sickening , parasitic and predatory

Be careful to read the fine print when buying airline tickets through this company, if you don't have time to waste. The company presents the prices as too good to be true. Then after you pay, the company will call you to try to increase the costs, because of their fine print "all fares are not guaranteed until ticketed."

Clearly a scam. They quote and book you, then email saying the flights are all full but can book you an upgrade at a higher rate. I booked four months in advance and checked Deltas website. Nothing was full. Called and was connected to India. Person was not able to help at all. Complete scam, do not waste your time or money.

After I booked my flight and thought everything was good to go - they called me back and said that price was not available anymore because the airline changed it ! I didnt have time to go directly to the airline to check but it wound up costing almost double ! Not sure if this is a scam or not :(

The customer service rep Cynthia was friendly. Dealing with this company was the worst experience I ever had booking a flight. Will ot use again!!

Seems very much like a Bait and Switch. The website-advertised price is never available. The sales associate had all sorts of excuses why the prices listed on the website weren't available, but none of them held up to close scrutiny.

reserved my flight just to be called back to say they couldn't honor the advertised price. After expressing what false advertisement was they said they would honor the price after all, but wait 1 hour for e tickets to be distributed. After an hour i called back to be told wait 1-2 hours. After 1-2 hours more i was tolod to wait 5-6 hours. I never received my e-tickets and asked for a refund. Very Untrustworthy and Unprofessional

We purchased an airline ticket listed at $415 today through this site. The site took us all the way through checkout and accepted our credit card. Five minutes later, we get a call from Alina (the worst customer service rep ever) who says there is no such ticket and we have to pay $560 for the same deal. We truly CANNOT AFFORD IT and tell her that. She talked over us and says if we want to cancel, it will cost us another $100. This is not just unethical but an absolutely terrible way to transact business. There was no supervisor to talk with. This is just a lady working out of her garage — not a real company. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!
