The company has very deceptive employees... I believe this is company policy, to get as many sale by any means necessary. They have false pricing when trying to book. My flight to Bogota in July was 483. Cynthia slithery tongue is deceitful. She told me 483. I ask is about carry on she claim to check then said it would be 599. I said no thx anyway, then she said "I have the authorization to take 25.00 off. I said ok. I kept asking over and over can I take a tote other than my purse, yes was her answer, its included in the price. As I was signing my documents I read that no carry-on is included. She told me to overlook that because everything is taken care of. Speeding up later I just had an unsettling feeling I went on delta website and saw the same identical date, time, flight 483.00! Carry on free with my other luggage. I booked with delta called FBC and canceled Cynthia had charged me 93.00 for carry on which was already free. Everything that the reviewer post about price changing and over pricing is TRUE. ..Every traveler BEWARE and ruuuuun

Complete bait and switch. The company has no intention of giving you the prices quoted on their website. They called me less than 10 minutes after I booked my flight on their website telling me the market prices of my flight had changed. My flight was a 2-leg flight. They claimed they secured my first leg, but not the second leg, and the first leg was confirmed so therefore not cancellable or refundable. This is an outright lie I didn't realize at the time. All flights (even basic economy flights) are cancellable within 25 hours of booking by law. Bottom line. This company should be put out of business for its awful tactics. I'll never entertain using them again.

Honesty is the best policy. I will never ever go through a 3rd party to purchase a ticket anymore because there was no transparency in ticket pricing.

FBC website is not sync with the actual flight. On other word, you may pay way more than what you’ve seen in the website. The only way to get out of this trap is to dispute through your bank.

The site is definitely a way to scam people. They promote one price they ask for your information then they call you and talk you into purchasing much higher price ticket. Not a trust site please do your reservation with the most trusted website.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE A SCAM! WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION ONLY TURNED OUT TO BE A VOIDED TRANSACTION ON THE DAY BEFORE OUR FLIGHT. NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR CALL FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN IT WAS CANCELED. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
