It was the old a bait and switch and unfortunately for me I fell for it.You should not have flights on your website that are not available. We were forced to take a higher priced flight at times we did not want because your agent would not credit my credit card again. So I'm one and done. I went on the airlines website and paid the exact price.

We have to pay more! It was an abuse, awful service

The price on the website is not what you’ll end up paying. After you make the reservation you’ll get a call with the caller stating that there are no more tickets available at that price and you’ll have to make up the difference. Also the original reservation is non-refundable. So they are trying to force you to pay the higher price. You could end up losing money and not have a ticket. Please do not book with them on the website.

Bait and switch, buyer beware! They called me and informed me that the flight I was trying to book for $308 roundtrip would now cost me over $1000. The booking itself lists the flight as economy class, but when I spoke with them, they claimed it is basic economy, even though it does not state that when making the booking. Very dishonest company and not worth your time or the hassle.

As others have said, their advertised rates aren't remotely close to the deal they will actually offer you. The worse part is that when you get on the phone, they'll tell you there are no better fares (I was looking at one on the Delta website), they already charged you (they didn't), there are no refunds, etc. If you aren't satisfied with the counteroffer they give you on the phone, send an email and threaten legal action and they'll cancel. However, better not to do business with them in the first place.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with FBC. After purchasing tickets on their website, I received a call informing me that the tickets I bought were no longer available. When I requested to cancel the trip, I was forced to choose other tickets that were significantly more expensive because the attendant insisted that cancellation was impossible—even though no tickets had actually been issued. I spent nearly two hours arguing with the FBC representative, who refused to cancel my trip and instead issued me new tickets to different airports, which led to additional costs for parking and car rental. To make matters worse, the departure and arrival times were inconvenient, and the ticket prices were almost double what I had originally paid. After the call, I checked the airline's website myself and found out that ANY tickets can be canceled with a full refund within 24 hours of booking. Armed with this information, I called FBC back and demanded they cancel my trip. This time they complied, but only after a lot of stress and after I had to research my own rights to get what should have been done in the first place. This experience exposed FBC as a dishonest company that tries to mislead customers into spending more money while deviating from their rights. In my opinion, this is nothing short of a scam.

Ordered 2 tickets got called back and Stated only 1 ticket available, then offered a different time or day after for over 1K my ticket was under 300. They refused canceled both tickets but was told that I had to purchase the 1 ticket that was available and I explained to them they need to accommodate me for what I purchased the 2 tickets that were available to be purchased. They are SCAMMERS TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF CUSTOMERS BY FALSE ADVERTISING.

Was lied to about ticket prices. Paid almost twice as much as the quote. Then charged $130 fee on top of that. Told I couldn't cancel. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Lying, cheating thief's in my opinion. Was told pricing was no longer available from airline, but when I checked they were still there.
