I used this for the first time. I was searching for a good deal on a ticket and the website gave me a one way ticket price for $136. Then shortly received a phone call from one of their customer service agents saying the ticket I purchased at that price was no longer available and that they were trying to secure me another ticket. After 58 minutes on the phone they come back and tell me they secured a ticket for $354. They would not let me cancel the purchase during the entire phone call. This is a baiting operation! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. What they are doing is hustling a cheap ticket price to hook you, then ask for your information including credit card information. Next they call you and tell you your the ticket you just purchased is no longer available KNOWING they never had that ticket for the cheap price in the first place. Very deceiving business practices. Please save yourself money and the headache. Use a well established third party agency, or go directly to the airline.

They will call to confirm your flight and tell you the flight is no longer available for what you booked at that price. You'll be charged extra. They also claim you can't change the flight, bring any luggage and can't check in online and need to show up 4 hours before the flight. Overall it's a horrible company!! Do not book with them. There isn't a "discount" or special holiday price.

Please do not purchase airline tickets on this website. They are a scam. They advertise cheaper tickets than genuine airline ticketing websites to attract customers. Once you book the ticket, they will call you and inform you that its a special promotional offer ticket and have some restrictions on it, they will say you cannot check in online, you have to go to airport 4 hours in advance and do the check in at the counter, no carry on allowed and the most scary restriction is, the ticket is not confirmed or guaranteed, if the flight is full, the airline will rebook you in a next flight. They will then offer you option of confirmed ticket and ask more money if you want confirmed tickets. They will not refund your money also. This business need to be sued legally.

Paid for a flight “ a Christmas sale “ $63.00 CLE to MYR. Paid online. MISTAKE #1. They were to email me my e ticket and flight itinerary. Received an email to call them for my flight info. Called them and they informed me that that fare was no longer available at the $63.00 amount. They offered me the new price of $218.00. Absolutely not I told them, please refund my $63. Guess what they said , it was not refundable. I’m on a mission to get my refund ! This is a rip off booking sight ! DO NOT USE FBC TRAVELS !!!!! P.Off Ken

Scam artist. Do not trust them.

The booking did NOT disclose no bags and I am traveling with an infant. 2. the price i picked was not honored and i was on the call four hours with the agent.

Absolute scam of a company through and through. Not only did they falsely advertise airline ticket prices before submitting a booking request to them or coherently elaborate on how their services even work, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I REPEAT, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I used FBC Travels to book airlines tickets for my partner to come visit me. So naturally, I used all of their personal information for the booking, including their email. But I used MY credit card, including my billing information. 3 weeks later, I receive several unknown charges on my credit card and get the text notifications telling me so. Additionally, my partner started to receive emails about placed orders from the same unknown charges with MY name going to MY PARTNER'S email. There is only ONE place that a scammer could have gotten my partner's email AND my card info and used them together, and that is this absolute garbage excuse for a company that is an utter scam.

NEVER AGAIN! I'd give zero stars if I could. Bait and switch, no refund, etc. I ended up booking with them, then going to the airline's sight and cancelling the booking (you have 25 hours to do so), then booking myself for less money.
