Would never do business with them again. We were trying 2 book 3 tickets after it finalized said we only had 2 tickets. Wanted additional 500.00 to get confirmed tickets. Our 2 were stand by and could be charged5additional fees at the counter. After 2 phone calls which I recorded and also threatened legal action surprisingly within 45 seconds they magically were able to reach the airline and cancel my flight. Took about 2 hours to resolve. I will still be contacting my financial institution. Lessons learned.

This company is pulling bait and switch scams. They advertise one thing and then con you into purchasing a higher ticket item. Will be reporting my experience to Consumer Affairs in Florida

Do not under any circumstances book through this company. I booked 2 people on a flight was called about two minutes after booking to say had to be at airport 5 hours prior to flught( this is a domestic flight) then I was told no you can not take a case on board or book one in as you’ve opted for the economy flight and you can not book seats and if you turn up and other people want to pay more you’ll be bumped off until the next flight if you are lucky. The moral of the story is if it’s seems to be too good it usually is. Tried to charge me another $300 on top. I called my credit card who took care of it. Please please becareful

Be aware of scammy behavior from this place. I don't recommend using this company for airline tickets. Scare tactics and non refundable transactions got me to pay double for tickets.

Agree with the comments listed. Made the reservation, then they called 6 times within a 2 hr time frame (red flag) about 0 bags allowed when clearly the airlines allows it. Also needing to show up 3-4 hrs ahead of time. Again this is false. STAY AWAY.

If I could give these people a zero star I would, they are the worse! They have you buy good price tickets to then tell you nope you either have to pay more or lose your money and or lose your trip! I had to cancel my trip because of this website they are the worse! Never buy from this site they are a fraud!

This is a bait and switch company. They will offer you a low price and then call you back and explain that your seats REALLY aren't guaranteed, that you will just get whatever is left over and maybe have to take the next flight. You also aren't allowed a carry-on. I ended up paying literally $1000 more on the tickets I reserved. I ended up wasting a very frustrating hour on the phone trying to get my tickets, and even now I'm not sure if they are guaranteed. I still don't have seat numbers, when I know from another site that seating is, in fact "open". Save yourself some misery. Go with a different site.

Avoid this website at any cost. They are a scam. They advertise cheaper tickets than genuine airline ticketing websites to attract customers. Once you book the ticket, they will call you and inform you that its a special promotional offer ticket and have some restrictions on it, they will say you cannot check in online, you have to go to airport 4 hours in advance and do the check in at the counter, no carry on allowed and the most scary restriction is, the ticket is not confirmed or guaranteed, if the flight is full, the airline will rebook you in a next flight. They will then offer you option of confirmed ticket and ask more money if you want confirmed tickets. They will not refund your money also. This business need to be sued legally. I called my bank, and I opened a claim to get my money back. Pleaae stay away from this company.
