It is the most horible customer service I have ever experienced here. I purchased a round trip airfare and paid the full price as advertised. Then someone from this company called and tried to convince me to buy an upgrade fare at a higher price. When I told him that I am good with the original fare I purchased, he told me that my ticket will be on hold. Four days later he told me that now there was no seat available for the price I paid originally. At the time I am wring this review, they still have not provided me with my eticket, which they promised in the first email they sent me the same day I paid them. Do not buy anything from these greedy people. You have been warned.

FBC advertised a low fare from STL to Grand Junction. I was excited to get such a deal, but my excitement was short lived as I was told I am not allowed to bring a checked bag or a carry on???!!! This was not advertised this way, and their deception was made clear on the confirmation phone call by some foreigner that I could hardly understand. Who travels with no luggage or anything??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, unless your some psychopath that travels without any baggage.

This company is a complete SCAM. Fortunately there was no harm done and no $ lost but they are bait and switch operators.

I 100% agree with all of these 1 star reviews! this company is a TOTAL scam. DO NOT use this site. they will hold your tickets until you pay an up charge for bags and to get your tickets confirmed. Even once you pay more for your bags which is like 3 times the ticket price apparently, you still wont get confirmed tickets. You'll get a charge from the actual airline somehow, but they will have no recollection of your reservation. Its a bunch of people from india running some BS scam. I reported them to my credit card company as fraud to get the charges taken off.

Booked a flight last night was I would have ticket confirmation in about 2 hours has been 18 hours and 4 phone calls later and still nothing!! Notifing bank asap to cancel purchase and going with a more reputable company!! Stay away from these people!!

DO NOT purchase tickets! A HUGE SCAM. Got a call next day for double the ticket price to take one carry on piece of luggage. They wanted to change my flight and departure airline to make it possible to bring a carry on piece. Spent 2 1/2 on the phone and still charged more than double on a flight different from what I originally purchased!

I never leave bad reviews but this was horrible. I purchased my mother's airlines tickets to visit me. I gave my moms email so she can receive the confirmation number and flight info. But I used my CC. They kept calling her to tell her that the airline will not let her carry luggage because I bought the flight special. Which is not true for this airline. I fly it twice a week for work. They told her that she had to pay extra which was about a 70 percent price increase. So she can take her suitcase and they changed the flight completely different airlines. On my card I called as soon as I found out and demanded my original purchase ask to speak to the manager and he was rude unprofessional and a liar. He said that he will not give my tickets that I purchased. He said he cancelled my tickets and go buy them somewhere else. So buyer beware. Now that this happened all tickets for my mom's time off are tripled and we will have to cancel the trip due to very poor customer service or this was just a scam. Price low and go for the upsell an switch the tickets to a different airlines at higher prices. Who does that.
