DECEPTIVE
DECEPTIVE. When they ask you to confirm, question EVERYTHING. I know from experience that these cheaper flights do not include carry on, much less checked baggage. I found what I THOUGHT was a round trip ticket from AZ to WA was not. When I booked the flight, the round trip information was listed and the price quote came up as $151.20. I received an email with the same round trip information and price. I contacted the company to confirm. They added a charge so I could have a carry on. $47.00 additional. That was still a good price. I have traveled a lot. They sent me an email while I was on the phone. I was so concerned with my own information being correct, that when he asked me to confirm the charges in a return email, I did. Then I noticed that I only saw the Departure flight information as I waited for a long while on hold. I questioned him regarding Return flight information. "Oh, you only confirmed for a one-way flight, ma'am...did you want to purchase a return flight?...I can help you," he calmly said. My hair felt like it was ON FIRE. This was DECEPTIVE. He did not apologize, but quickly retorted with, "I'm trying to HELP you. You will get to your daughter's wedding, it's only $103.00 more for a return flight.." They have my money. I hope I actually have real tickets. Now I have to research this mess to make sure. 100% UNSATIFIED at this deceptive marketing. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. C in AZ
