I wouldn't use them. I got a flight to Italy for $700.00 but never received an e-ticket. I called and was promised to receive my flight itinerary but never received it. To sum it up, they want you to pay extra money to get the ticket because"the price is discounted and it is on hold unless you pay more" and they're skillful at confusing you. Sounded like calling a boiler room.

Please don't book any tickets in FBC Travels. They don't send the e-ticket right away and keep trying to increase the amount of your schedule. The first price you saw will never be the final price. That's how they work. Even though they send a flight confirmation, it won't be the final price and will increase the price again. It will make you so frustrated and that's what they want and how they play around a customer. It feels fraud or pishing. Also, this company is not registered in Better Business Bureau (BBB), which is NOT safe.

I talked to Daniel and he changed my flight even when I told him to talk to my dad because he purchased the flight. Told me to confirm it but was still going to call "to verify information" He was supposed to call to make sure everything was fine before he changed it but never did and changed it anyway. My dad called to try to straighten it out. Daniel was supposed to call him back but did not even after explaining I have a one year old and can't fly so late. Would not recommend.

This is a bait and switch scam. The price they promise on the website is not what you'll end up paying in the long run. Please, NEVER do business with this company. I promise, you will live to regret it if you do.

I usually do not write reviews but I could not let this one go. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude agent that called and tried to get me to upgrade so that the flight cost twice the price. NO CARRY-ON ALLOWED AND SUPPOSEDLY NEED TO CHECK IN 4 HOURS ON A DOMESTIC FLIGHT. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!

Would give 0 if I could. Great price , then excuses and wanted to raise price for carry on , and said couldn’t check in bags. Very rude felt very scammy. Couldn’t assist in any way except trying to raise price. Poor customer service, poor communication, and very bad experience.

took me 2 hours to get my flights booked. They sent me an itinerary and when i got my tickets they were not the same as the itinerary. Then they would not answer my emails or calls. I had to deal with the airline direct to get things straightened out. After adding all the fees, baggage, and seats, it would have been several hundred dollars cheeper to book direcct. Never again!!

Maddy Cooper was able to upgrade our flight, was really helpful. Too bad he works for a company like this. The website was really unclear and I will not be using it again. My son was going to buy some tickets but he looked at the reviews before he did and went somewhere else.
