The web of FBC Travels cheated customer by marketing economy class as business class.
The web of FBC Travels promoted business class airline from Boston (USA) to Shanghai (china) through Austria airline. I bought the ticket, got a confirmation email stating my ticket is Business. On the next day, the web send me another email asking me to call. I called and was told that the ticket is for premium economy class. I argued and tried to cancel but they already got my money and refuse to reinstate my business class ticket or full refund. I was forced to accept their offer of premium class ticket. I suggest not to use this agent ever. I felt I was cheated for the whole transaction.
