I was overcharged $50 for my flights. Agent said I would receive the refund within 7-10 business days. It has been about a month and a half now, I have yet to receive the funds returned to my account and every time I’ve called I’ve been told someone will call back and confirm the refund and I will receive it in my account within 7-10 business days. Obviously I’ve been scammed. Do not book with this company. I also would have got my flights cheaper buying through another seller. I would give 0 or negative stars if possible

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company—by far the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. I booked a flight through their website and called customer service to confirm the details. The representative I spoke to informed me that my ticket did not include any luggage—not even a carry-on. I was told I could only bring a wallet, and if I wanted to bring any luggage, I would need to pay an additional $900. When I expressed my desire to cancel the flight, the representative refused to issue a refund, even though I was still within the 24-hour cancellation window. The information I was given was misleading, inconsistent, and made no sense. The representative was also extremely disrespectful throughout the conversation. This experience felt like a scam. They take your money and refuse to refund it under any circumstances. I strongly advise others to stay away from this site—proceed with caution.

This company is so bad first of all they don’t give the right information second they were super disrespectful and did respect anyone they spoke to lastly they scammed and and said they won’t return our I dont recommend this site and I recommend that everyone stay away from it!!! This website is a SCAM.. They listed the cheapest price and took your credit card number. They send a email stated they called and couldn't reach me and asked call the 800 number back. Can't talk clear English. So much restriction and tried to sell you outrage option. I finally give up and told they I want to cancel the order. Then was told I can't cancel it. I will notify the credit card to report the scam. Don't ever use the outfit.

The airline cancelled my flight. I am still in Phoenix. Carlos was in the plane when everyone haa to deplane and has to get his bags he had already paid the fee for and repay fees with a different airline. We are both still here in Phoenix. Very frustrated. Of course will never again use this service. I tried calling all night and no answer at fbc.

It is a scam. They tried to say that the promotion flight would not include baggage or carry on and then proceed to try and sale me another flight on Southwest instead of Delta. Told him that my daughter needs a one way. Asked me if she could travel on June 1st instead of the June 4th flight and told him no. Said the money was not refundable but glad I paid with a pre-pay gift card and go my money back. Don't fall for this scam. Also found a cheap flight with expedia. Good Riddens!!!

Fbc travels scammer I book my ticket in this website, but they call me. Your ticket is not confirm, but I talk them. They told me they want to pay extra actually my fair. I paid everything in my card they telling me more you want to pay and they are very scammer. Don’t book this website. This is very very bad website and I’m going to give my writings like one star. This is very bad website. I’m kindly highly recommended. Don’t do it in this website. Thank you.

I would like a refund on my tickets because I never got my tickets. I can communicate with anybody. The number you gave me was the wrong number. I had to buy new tickets because I didn’t hear from anybody till like four hours before my plan was to leave very bad service.
