They are the worst office I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst travels agency I have ever dealt with. They offer unbelievable airfares without ever reserving it with the airline. When you book they call you and say they can’t make the reservation and try and sell you other tickets at a much higher rate. They are bogus and the state commission needs to investigate them and revoke their business license.

If I could give you less than a 1 star I would. When I got my ticket I was told I could only carry my purse then you told me I could do a carry on and a purse if I paid a little more so we did that. It also changed my airline too. Now I get my ticket and it says I can take my purse but I have to pay for the carry on. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH YOH GUYS EVER AGAIN!!!!! Now I got to pay for a carry on.

I Purchased a round trip ticket for Cheaper than expected. When they called me they stated that my son would have to wait at the airport on standby unless i paid an extra two=hundred and something dollars extra. Note: this is non refundable. Do not I mean do not use this company. Honestly, I would not use any third party vendor. It is never cheaper.

I was looking for airline tickets I found great priced tickets $1970 for 2 tickets, I was like what a great deal ,I booked the tickets, next day o got a call that there is an issue with the tickets, Called back all night no answer Next morning I called they picked up mind u it says 24/7 they have customer service, I asked what’s the issue with the booking they said u only have i personal item to take with u on the fight , if u need to take more bags u have to pay more, when I asked how much I have to pay to take 2 carryons 4 checked luggages , I told them I want to cancel, they said no refund, and if I need to keep the tickets , they said $1500 each passenger, I was with them on the phone for 3 hours Trying to figure that out , They said u can book different flights for different rates , I did not want that , I want to keep my previous bookings , ended up paying $5000 in airline tickets, They are contracted with the airline that I booked with so they work to gather, Please don’t book with them They are scammers,

I went to buy tickets for flight from Pit to EWK, and thought everything was done. Then I received a call the following day from FBC travel. They told me that my ticket with United Airlines does not include any baggage or carry-on and that we would not be allowed to purchase any at the airport. I found this extremely suspicious. She then said, 'Oh, let me talk with the airlines and see if we can upgrade you so you can bring a carry-on with you'. So I waited for 10 minutes, then she came back on saying 'We can add you to another flight the following day, but it will cost you an extra 150.00. I said let me just have my money back, she said "based on the discounted ticket you purchased, there is no refund, so if I want to bring a carry-on or bags, then I will need to upgrade my tickets from the original airline, that being United airlines. So I said "fine, upgrade us.". She said "great, you will get all the amenities, including carry-on bags, and now you will fly with Spirit Airlines. Spirit, charges for every bag/carry-on. So the flight in total will cost me $459.00 to fly on Spirit Airlines. This place is a huge scam, and full of outsourced foreign workers who can barely speak English. This place is run by scam artists.

This was the worst experience I have ever had booking a flight. Your staff is rude, your prices are fake and a scam to get people to think they are paying a good price for a ticket just to call them a day later to let them know the ticket price they purchased is not available anymore unless they travel with no luggage… i ended up paying an additional $300 dollars just to go see my family. Why have the tickets with cheap prices up on your site just to make people HAVE to pay more later?? It’s absurd and absolutely outrageous. I WILL NEVER BE USING FBC AGAIN. And would never recommend you to anyone. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
