Faucet Town USAReviews of faucettownusa.com

From start to finish, my experience with Faucet Town was a pleasure. I had a question about an item I was interested in purchasing and got a response within minutes of sending my query. The item was also shipped immediately. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged. But even that didn't ruin the shopping experience, since once again I received an immediate reply when I advised Faucet Town of the damage, and they sent out a replacement package that same day (which arrived safe and sound). Altogether an enjoyable experience with great customer service and good prices.

As if I'm speaking to a friend? "Hey, let's go drink beer."

Seller sent very good pre-sales info. Seat is good quality. Thank you seller.

New shower doors,a great item that we had installed but could have done it ourselves. Trendy design. Love it.

Great selection, excellent web site...User friendly and whats most important SUPERB QUALITY..(and we"ve tried Home Depot , Sears etc etc.)

As advertised, timely delivery. Good experience.

Very responsive. Via their website, I asked whether the product I had ordered was in stock, when it would ship and if I would receive a shipping confirmation email. I received a nearly immediate and fully responsive email reply.

Order was received within days, including going through customs to Canada. We were so pleased to have found a matching toilet seat cover for our 1970's beige toilet. The alternative was a complete toilet replacement. The local building supply chain stores have about 20-25 variations of white and creme colored replacement seats but no beige. Price was reasonable. Very happy!
